And Obama immediately rejected the compromise offer. Obama knows what he is after.
Boehner should just back off and shut up and let Obama make his move, The republicans need to get out there on a PR campaign. The republicans are not well equipted for PR campaigning. Wimps.
Obama is a community organizer and he knows PR campaigning inside out.

The Republicans for some ridiculous reason are not using their Ace in The Hole -- Obama's legacy.
They have a lot more leverage than they think.
