Well, I took and passed a course in school law, and I know for a fact that duct taping a child will cause you to worry about more than just being sued. You have to first deal with an irate parent...this can go good or it can go bad. There is always the possibility of being fired or losing your teaching license. I advise anyone in education to take this course.
