The law enforcement that the city of Chicago fails to apply to the daily murders being committed in the city is used aggressively to punish taxpayers for alleged illegal parking.

I've had experience with them at O'Hare. (Pre 9-11)

Believe me, you don't want to step away from your vehicle for one second to give a relative in a wheelchair assistance because they will tow your vehicle that fast to a remote location that you have to find and then deal with the Lazy-ass Democrat City Patronage Payroll Hogs in the impound lot who act like they hate you for some reason and go out of their way to make things difficult for you to get your vehicle back if you object to the treatment in any way.

Not to mention the hundreds of dollars ransom to get your vehicle back and parking tickets on top of that. Don't think you have any rights, cuz in Chicago you don't. Everything runs on a code of corruption. That's the big city Democrat way.
