Some people, you just can NOT show how to do the right thing!

 

My Mother………………………….does everything the HARD way.

 

It drove me nuts (I have even pleaded with Camille)

 

Notice I said “drove me nuts”

 

Up until 5 minutes ago.

 

 

My Mother is a teaching tool.

 

By design.

 

 

What a freaking relief!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The crazy things my Mother does, no longer bothers me.

Example: (And there are sooooooooooooooo many!!!!!)

Trying to put the working end of a pretty BIG can opener (Well made…AMERICAN!!!!!) in to the silverware compartment of a dish strainer…………it falls out every time…………..you can’t teach her and it is by design!!!!!

 

Or she will sit a plate of cat food in the middle of the hallway, near the bathroom, where I have to walk at night………sometimes…………..I am human too….sometimes I will have juice or a beer or two on the down low before bed…………Mom….Shhhhhh…………. and I might have to take a wiz…..very little light……….I almost tripped one night!!! &%$# is definitely getting out of control!!!! (No health insurance either…but I have Camille)

 

The moral of the story:

Some people you just cannot change by teaching………………………….by design.
