A whopping 2,000,000 tickets for sale and over $22.8 million in cash prizes

After a ten-year hiatus, the Florida Lottery has brought back its Millionaire Raffle, giving players in the state the best odds at winning $1 million.
The Florida Lottery's Millionaire Raffle has made a return after taking a ten-year break, and it's brought with it several cash prizes and multiple drawings.
At $20 per ticket, players can enter for a chance to win $1 million, and there's a catch: the more tickets that are purchased, the more prizes of $1 million will be won.
The Lottery is awarding a minimum of ten grand prizes of $1 million, but if more than 1,000,000 tickets are sold, they'll add five more prizes of $1 million for every additional 500,000 tickets that are sold.
In total, the Lottery is offering a whopping 2,000,000 tickets for sale.
There are four interim drawings taking place over the next four months leading up to the Grand Prize Raffle drawing, with each interim drawing awarding 2,498 cash prizes ranging from $100 to $100,000.
More specifically, each interim drawing offers three prizes of $100,000, three prizes of $10,000, and five prizes of $5,000, 12 prizes of $1,000, 225 prizes of $500, and 2,250 prizes of $100.
That means the raffle has the potential to award over $22.8 million in winnings if all 2,000,000 tickets are sold.
All tickets, winning and non-winning, are eligible for future drawings, so it is possible to participate in all five drawings with the same ticket. Players who claim a prize in an interim drawing will receive a continuation ticket with the same raffle number for the remaining drawings.
Tickets went on sale on March 1. Sales continue through June 30, 2026 or until all 2,000,000 tickets are sold. The Grand Prize Raffle drawing will be held on July 2, 2026. Should all tickets sell out, the Lottery may advance the scheduled draw dates.
The first entry period is live. Players may purchase their tickets now through March 31, 2026 to be eligible for all five drawings. The first interim drawing is set to take place on April 1, 2026.

🤣 Fixed.
Because of my previous lack of interest I have not participated in raffles before. However, this one seems quite interesting because of the multiple chances to win per ticket and available prizes.
I also have an opportunity to acquire some tickets this time and am really leaning toward doing just that.
But, I am surprised at the lack of posts in this thread and so I ask: Is there anyone here that is considering getting tickets for the raffle or knows why it may be considered best to avoid this game other than the ticket price...?

Yes, I am looking for both pros and cons to assist in the decision making process.
Thanks for any informed replies and best wishes to all.
