			<description><![CDATA[<p>When they say computerized they are using a different terminology of what we know it to be.  They are talking about the machines that check the scratch offs and Powerball tickets.  The Charlotte Observer stated that NC will be using ping pong balls pulled in a drum by Aberthur.  I hope they use it for pick 3 and 4 if we get both.  They always say pick 3 or 4.<br /><br />So NC will have balls.lol</p>]]></description>
