The lottery was not that happy about this situation.<br /><br />I certainly understand that the lotteries want publicity, but I don&#x27;t understand why anybody would  force somebody to do a press conference they don&#x27;t want to do. If I won the lottery and was forced to do a press conference I&#x27;m pretty sure I could make the lottery a lot less happy than if I hadn&#x27;t been forced to do a press conference.</p>]]></description>

If you want to claim as an entity they require the name of a natural person who will get the funds which will be released. They do not release the city of residence but they do release where the ticket was purchased.<br /><br />One Does NOT have to go through a press conference. The most recent example of this was Richard Roberts who won a SLP jackpot in July of last year for $110 million. He declined the press conference saying</p>]]></description>

I haven&#x27;t seen anything that tells what time he showed up at the claim office, but he took all of 14 to 16 hours as near as I can tell. With a jackpot that size I&#x27;d see no problem with annuity.
