			<description><![CDATA[<p>Todd - you and the other readers may get a chuckle out of this.<br /><br />When they started up in New Mexico, they had a bunch of different bumper stickers. One said  Start each day with a good Scratch! . Little old ladies raised such a fuss they got rid of the bumper stickers.<br /><br />The really do up Christmas big-time in NM. Its good to see the Lottery trying something a little new - although I believe they&#x27;ve always had a Christmas-oriented scratch game each year.</p>]]></description>
