			<description><![CDATA[<p>The article is claiming that the winner lost out because the prize was smaller than it would have been. A subscription can&#x27;t do anything to prevent that possibility. OTOH, it&#x27;s also possible that the winner gained 1.3 million pounds by not having to split it with another winner.</p>]]></description>
