In my town, all I've seen are the newer and smaller lottery machines to the side of the active terminals waiting to be activated. These machines will replace the older terminals and only be used by the clerks. The self-service machines must be in future plans.

WOW, this looks interesting! RJOH you gotta let us know how it goes from a players view!! I would love to be able to buy my 3 4 way ect. tickets from a machine rather than a clerk.

I usually play my MegaMillions picks between 10:30 PM and 10:45 PM just before the drawing, maybe I should plan on playing them a little earlier tonight to avoid any confusion.

Greek company takes over operation of games

At 11:59 p.m. today, in an office park in Strongsville, state officials and a gaggle of computer technicians, some from Greece, will change how Ohioans get their lottery tickets.

Success will be measured by how few people notice.

What happens inside the 80,000-square-foot, unadorned brick building not far from the Lorain County line is being watched like Y2K, at least in the world of state lotteries.
