Maybe they all had different MegaBall numbers, he was sure about the first five numbers but picking the right bonus number confused him.

Maybe is a way of confusing the lottery machine terminal. Another man bought 20 tickets with the same numbers on pick 4 and won. I feel that it is a strategy of tricking the machine. Although i have tried it before and nothing happened. Just an observation. I am going to try again by playing one set of numbers 3 times and letting the machine pick the mega ball. A lucky California retiree who doesn't want to be named bought a SuperLotto ticket last week worth $23 million.

The man brought the winning ticket Thursday afternoon to the lottery's office on Ruffin Road in Kearny Mesa.
