Isn't this the same guy who just gave himself and his cronies big bonuses for doing a good job getting the lottery up and running last year?

It'll be interesting to see now if he'll give himself and his cronies a pay cut for doing a bad job according to the Legislative Audit Committee.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and predict if he'll give himself a pay cut...

They better wake up now and cut their losses cause he held that title with the SC lottery.Before that he had a big shot position with the SC Dept of Mental Health! He doesn't KNOW how to run a lottery
