			<description><![CDATA[<p>The thing is on the one show on Millionaires they said that Michigan has the highest number of poor people that are at and below poverty levels. They also said that except for Ford working in Detroit there are really no big employers left in Michigan, if this is true how can they spend all that money on they lottery every year? I&#x27;m not begrudging them anything, but if it meant food and heat or a ticket, it wouldn&#x27;t be a hard decision for me. This was on just a month or so.
