Well congratulations to him he is smart one thing about it once you win the lottery one time you can win again. My aunt won $5million in Ny in 2009 and then she won again in 2010 $100K she said their is a system for the scratch off tickets in which she revealed it to me. It works for all the states especially the staes that offer alot of winning tickets in their states. I will be winning b/4 2012 and twice in 2012.

What's her secret to success? According to Super, the only secret is a lot of luck. The postal worker used Quick Pick and matched all five white-ball numbers in the Dec. 17 and April 16 drawings winning her a $200,000 paycheck after each win.

Powerball player is also double-lucky

Only twice in the history of the Missouri Lottery has a player won two prizes of $1 million or more. A Bonne Terre man won on two Scratchers tickets in 2010, and now a southwest Missouri man has won two multi-million dollar Scratchers prizes in 2011.

Roger Hirshey, 66, claimed a $2 million top prize on a Mega MONOPOLY ticket on Dec. 19. The Carthage resident bought the winning ticket at Casey's General Store, 8084 E. Seventh St., in Duenweg.
