I believe so to, it's very seldom that that lottery will fail. Definitely they will be able to compensate their debt soon, so the bank does not worry for their loan. Once the Wyoming lottery become more stable they will give good revenue to the state.

I was gonna fly out there and get a ticket in their first drawing.

But I think my arms would get too tired.

The nine-member Wyoming Lottery Board, meeting on Monday for the first time, set its sights on a January 2014 launch date for its games of chance.

But six months leaves the group little time. Members began quick work on its corporate structure and the framework for equipping retail stores for a lottery in less than six months.
