			<description><![CDATA[<p>I believe so to, it&#x27;s very seldom that that lottery will fail. Definitely they will be able to compensate their debt soon, so the bank does not worry for their loan. Once the Wyoming lottery become more stable they will give good revenue to the state.</p>]]></description>
