It is really good that your state get out of the drawings with Illinois. If it chance to computerized drawings. From that point on I will trust my instincts and I will away question Illinois lottery's integrity. It is starting to sound as if Illinois lottery is about to play the new improve version of the old shell game on it players.I believe you did the right thing by separting from them now.

Iowa is abandoning the sinking sailboat. Illinois Lottery seems to be doing a death spin. There is a guy on youtube with a channel titled Lottery Project that has been scratching Illinois instant tickets. It's tough to watch him going through those $20 tickets with no winners. Illinois Lottery you suck

I have a feeling this has something to do with Illinois mulling the move to computerized drawings. Sure, it makes sense to conduct your own drawings. But maybe it also makes sense to protect the Iowa Lottery Pick 3 and Pick 4 revenues once Illinois pulls the dumb move of going to computers.
