You say it would be expensive but do you know the exact cost or are you just assuming it would cost too much. Also everyone seems to be complaining about our lottery director, but it alawys seem to be people who live in other states. I have not heard one person who actually stays here complain about him.</p>]]></description>

I seeee....well, there we have it...major pandemic right there..almost the crime of the century..lets lock things up, hire police officers to inspect identification on anyone that purchases the ticket(s) that is in that machine......Good Lord people, use some common sense..Coffee is on and the roses have bloomed eyeroll</p>]]></description>
