			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Golfer- I think Faber98 is using the recent pool winners from Canada as the example. They had 17 people working at that company and 12 of them hit it big. Even those they claim that they will continue to work, I seriously doubt it because once the magnitude of $5 million tax free dollars reaches their bank account common sense will prevail.<br /><br />I bet at least half the winners will retire and without competent replacements the company itself may very well be destroyed.
