She did move out of the trailer park and into a decent modest house in a safe neighborhood, but she brought her troubles and dirt with her. Shes better off by herself for now so she can raise her kids and focus on their well being .Its kind of hard to feel sorry for her when she is blowing this great blessing up in smoke running behind a no good thug Lamar McDow .If she becomes destitute again it is probaly for her own good.Shes turning her blessing into a curse.She continues to make unwise decisions and im sure this will not be the last time we here about Marie Holmes and Lamar McDow.

No way? Way! From this article: McDow faces charges of possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

That was when the cops arrested him for violating the terms of his bond. His original arrest was for drug trafficking. This arrest was for possession of a firearm. it could all end for her, she could spend $1 mill on getting a witness protection style shift to another state, and leave the bum in jail. move never contact anyone form her old life, life in a gated community/ drive a lexus, stay off the drugs and alcohol, and enjoy the wealth and watch her kids grow up in a healthy environment. live off the interest and pay your taxes. its all there. only she has to take the leap into freedom. leave it all behind you can afford it.

convicted felons more oft then not have their 2nd amendment priveldges revoked. This fellow may have broken that stature by carrying or housing a weapon .

This lady is pouring gas on an already inflamed criminal matter, by bailing him out.

Bottom line is money cannot buy good character or sound judgment.

Yeah they're being predatory...Was he moving keys of herion? Is he a kingpin? The amount of bail in this case is ridiculous. I'm not saying hot slop doesn't belong in jail but I haven't heard of bail that high in premeditated murder in our state

The way she is going she is going to lose all her money by next year she should of started a new beginning for her and her children and give them a better future instead of exposing them to drugs,guns and violence all because of a man who can't learn to straighten out his bad ways. Hot sauce is a bad influence for her children and for her, love hurts and leaving a partner is hard but her children should be her main priority now.

Todd thank you for your reply, I went to read about his arrest in November, his bail was high then! He presumably is a career criminal! I totally agree that scratch and her should have met, and I pray they do meet before the money runs out! However all eyes are on him to mess up, as if he is Al Capone! Like the saying goes A fool and their money are soon departed

He was in jail for distribution of heroin since November 2014. She bailed him out after she won. He violated curfew so that bail was revoked and he got a second bail. Now he is being charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. She bailed him out again.

Yeah I'd venture to say she makes lottery winners look bad like David Lee Edwards did.

At least he moved on up to a nice neighborhood. I heard she still lives in a trailer or something like that...wth? Maybe that's better anyway because of Hot Sauce. If she had a nice house there was a drug raid the government could take it away.

No, he had been in jail for almost 4 months by the time she won the jackpot. He was arrested in November 2014, and she won at the end of February 2015. That is included in the news story if you check it out.

A more reasonable explanation for this whole thing is that the guy ( Hot Sauce ) was/is a criminal, and she has the bad judgement to stay with him. And she has four kids too, so she also has the bad judgement to keep her kids with the criminal.
