This sounds like a recipe for fraud to me! Why would someone need a courier service to redeem their ticket

Funny thing about NJ and their lottery. Played while was there in AC two weeks ago. Sent their lottery an e-mail asking them to get rid of the requirement to choose lump sum or annual payments time of purchase. Mentioned that KY got rid of that years ago.

Their rubber stamped reply 'Thank you for contacting the NJ lottery and your opinion.' That's a red flag that they used some kind of auto-reply and didn't even read my email. It was no opinion

I think he made the right decision, I don't see the demand for this anywhere. If anything, I would rather see something pass where lottery players can purchase their tickets online, instead of a courier service.

I very much doubt I would use this service but even so, it should be available.

There's no evidence of demand for Christie to be the republican nominee, but he's still running

New Jerseyans won't be able to have lottery tickets delivered to their door any time soon.

Gov. Chris Christie on Monday vetoed a bill that would have allowed the operation of lottery courier services in the state.

Under the measure, the services would have been able to collect a fee and redeem tickets for customers, but they would not have been allowed to take a portion of any winnings. (See Lottery tickets could soon be delivered to your home in N.J., Lottery Post, Mar. 3, 2015.)
