It would be interesting. If this thing really snowballs, and states are saying they were in the dark about Tipton, then they have to admit that RNG draws are not secure.

The story about Tipton was in the local papers this past week. If the story continues to grow, maybe people will get wise to RNG draws and stop playing. Then states would have no choice but to go to ball drop draws.

Time will tell.

Obviously all these state lotteries now adding new charges want the public to believe they had no clue about this. They want everyone to believe they were totally in the dark. I guess that sound better to them then admitting they are completely incompetent. It really sound like they don't really want to be held accountable for this. I think they should be legally obligated to do something for the other lottery players that played these rig games. If players can show tickets as proof for the rig... [ More ]

I searched for a list of RNG states and could not find a link to one. Does anyone know a link to this information? I know I can click on each state here and find it but that's too time consuming and I'm old.

If that's their claim, what is their obligation to the players? Obviously they were running games that weren't legitimate and collected all this money from people and spent it, he said.

We've heard all about what they allegedly found, but heard nothing about why it was so easy to rig the RNG drawings.

Tipton and his associates will be found guilty because of their greed and stupidity. They ruined their lives for nothing.
