			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wouldn&#x27;t it be great to have this kind of nationwide raffle at Christmas in the US every year? I&#x27;m not sure we need the singing children to call out the numbers, but the lotteries surely could make a big event of it. The annoying anti-gambling people would probably try to throw up a roadblock, but I think it would be worth overcoming in order to have it in the US.</p>]]></description>
