I'm guessing every place that he had access to or had associates in will have been hit by this crook. Fun times.

Some states don't give anonymity to show there is no rigging going on but are too incompetent to protect themselves against manipulation from their own employees. (Unless of course everybody was in it to scam it

Lottery players are now questioning the integrity of the game after learning that rigged lottery tickets were sold in Kansas.
