I agree, when they let someone like him go and still give him all the goodies that went with the job, they just do it to appease the public. (Because they still think we are dumb enough to fall for that) But in reality the only one taking the fall is Eddie Tipton, as he really is losing everything. But then again, if Eddie really did what they claim, maybe he deserves to lose.

I rather doubt that Chuck was involved with the rigging. Otherwise he would be in trouble with the law as well.

I believe he was a fall guy for the scandal because he was the chief, so to speak. Somebody's head had to roll, and it was his.

It's terrible that mr Charles strutt was in a scandal , that mean people ,including myself played and could have been winners. Where is justice for our money spent? It's s slap in the usa lottery players face.

I agree. Of course with any digital RNG in place it is just a matter of time before it either happens again, or is attempted again by some greedy employee. Don't these head honchos know this? They should understand that in the long it is better to pay for someone to show the balls being drawn live. In the long run it is better to do away with RNGs, as it is just a problem waiting to happen. How stupid can these over-paid people really be to not fully comprehend this?

Let's hope that this turns out to be a blessing in disguise-how so you ask? Well If more of these rigged payouts show up in other State lottery investigations,this could be the straw that breaks the camel's back where the powers that be say enough is enough, we scraping the rng method altogether in order to be as transparent as possible-we owe this to the players.

More likely it means, Nothing to see here. Just an isolated incident that has nothing to do with how we manage things. We just had one bad employee apple who acted alone and didn't take advantage of a lack of oversight from the people who should have ensured that security procedures were adequate. Just forget it ever even happened.
