North Carolina Education Lottery officials said a woman who has been battling breast cancer for six years has won the lottery two times in the past three months.

Gina Short, from Mecklenburg County, claimed her $250,000 All or Nothing prize last Wednesday just months after she snagged $1 million in the Ultimate Millions second-chance drawing, lottery officials said in a statement.
