Next thing you know, somebody will accept a plea deal and will be squealing like a pig and singing like a canary. Family is not what it used to be. NOWADAYS, EVEN SOME RATS HAVE TWO LEGS .

If she never scribbled on the back then had her boyfriend scribble over and sign afterwards they would have gotten away with it. Why would you sign a ticket knowing your underage as well? Its amazes me however that most state lotteries make it standard policy to review video of large winnings. So if that's the case how come they cant verify the people that win and accidentally lose the ticket ? They only want to verify when it has the potential to benefit them.

...added to that is the fact that the person who could have put a stop to all of this is Sally. Yes you girl.You knew your previous baby was not old enough to purchase the ticket to begin with. You also failed to tell her to return the ticket, you gave her a pat on the back for looking out for her future by encouraging theft. Your greed put you front and center Sally.It starts and end with you. Not sorry to say Sally, but you failed as a Mother.

An Iowa woman, her boyfriend, and her mother have all plead not guilty to charges of stealing a winning scratch lottery ticket and working together to attempt to claim the prize.
