most states cut off ticket sales when 5 to 10 million worth of possible winning tickets are sold. So for 7 million liability states. They only sale 1400 of each number.

A man who works in my hospital in Louisville, KY plays $72 everyday on pick 4...he won $100K so far this year. We played his 4129 for a few days and the nine turned out to be an 8...$2500 out the window. One of the smarty pants Nurses figured he spends $26K/year on the lottery. He bought a Caddy with the last win and I said 'why not, it's free money'.

Well on P3 and P4 I think lots of people play birthday numbers or other special numbers. Frankly, how much $$$ would you bet that she is lying and really used a system? Kinda like.....put your money where your mouth (or fingers in this case) is.

In any case, it takes a lot of guts to drop $70 on a number. Congrats on winning big

This story speaks for itself in 2 ways. Number 1, gut reaction. As she said, she wasn't feeling well but something told her to her to play, and she did. It paid off big. Secondly, the same numbers. Her Mom's birthday. She probably has played those numbers multiple times, and now it paid. Moral of the story, your numbers will come .
