He could have had an attorney, an LLC, and who knows what else to shield his actual address. Eddie Tipton was a lottery employee, of course he was going to be scrutinized harder. These two situations have nothing to do with one another.<br /><br />Iowa and California are different states with different laws and lottery policies.</p>]]></description>

That&#x27;s how the Iowa Lottery prevented Eddie Tipton from claiming the $16 million jackpot he rigged, and eventually led to his arrest and conviction.</p>]]></description>

One young woman in Penn won I think $60 million.
