Good Grief, replace the lottery Ceo's as well as Northstar, who in their right mind would approve such BS besides politicians? Follow the money is right.....how much is going back to lottery officials for approving this sham

Illinois taxpayers have funded about $2 million in retention bonuses for employees of a private firm managing the lottery despite the firm performing so poorly Illinois is working to replace it.
