Played a new scratcher on-line Kentucky lottery last night. $5 ticket turned into $25.

Come on Massachusetts Legislature...get with the 21st Century.

As I've said before MA is more progressive than where I live in KY; however KY lottery is very lucky (pardon the pun) to be able to offer its residents on-line purchases for all most of our lotteries. Hoping someday they'll offer pick 3, pick 4, Keno and Five card cash. So far only MM, PB, Cashball, L4L and some scratchers.

Gamblers want every access that is available. Online casinos in NJ are there but not much reported by the Co.'s, state, or media on the actual number of online casino users.

As a Massachusetts commission looking into online gaming and online gambling presses ahead in its study of ways to regulate and possibly make money from the developing industries, the state's lottery is concerned that it could be left behind.
