			<description><![CDATA[<p>Come on Massachusetts Legislature...get with the 21st Century.<br /><br />As I&#x27;ve said before MA is more progressive than where I live in KY; however KY lottery is very lucky (pardon the pun) to be able to offer its residents on-line purchases for all most of our lotteries. Hoping someday they&#x27;ll offer pick 3, pick 4, Keno and Five card cash. So far only MM, PB, Cashball, L4L and some scratchers.</p>]]></description>
