			<description><![CDATA[<p>The main problem for lotteries is that they all kind of follow each other, as far as what technology and tech strategies they use. And those strategies tend to be whatever GTECH or Scientific Games happen to suggest. i.e., not great.<br /><br />One excellent primary IT person at a state lottery could make their website just as bullet-proof and available as Google&#x27;s website, for pretty much the same cost as what they are paying today. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>They do have the worst breakdowns. I called them last week and the customer service representative was a extremely rude and arrogant. He said this problem happens everywhere. I told him, No it doesn&#x27;t happen in other states beyond the occasional high jackpot for PowerBall and Mega Millions or extreme weather.
