anyone winning in Oregon will now be to claim anonymously due to safety concerns.

All lotteries will make exceptions to their usual rules on publicity when circumstances warrant it. That doesn't mean anybody can claim anonymously.

Florida Lottery has this winner from Panama on their own official website.

US laws makes this site hard to use if not impossible from inside US but for us others from around the world it works just perfect. I have no fees at all when transfering with my visa-card

I used this legit site once. I used my Wells Fargo Visa card. My bank charged me $25.00 for the currency exchange fee. They are based in Israel.

I had to use the number 1 preceding my long distance phone number. The number 1 represents the USA.

I will play PB MM here in Fresno, CA and be happy with them.

I am patiently waiting for both games to become billion dollar jackpots soon.

Yes, they are legit. I would not report as such if they weren't. However, you may find it difficult to make payment from the US. Most credit cards will not allow gambling transactions.

We are not allowed to play lotteries in other countries via one of these services. It is against the law. The site bars you if you are in the US. I tried and emailed them. There are prior lp discussions on the topic.

Todd, do you truly believe that snip is a legitimate lottery website and, not a scam? Or, fake news?

snip claims that a player from Iraq won $6.4M Oregon Megabucks. He supposedly played online at their website, flew to Oregon and, was allowed to claim anonymously, due to safety concerns. The Oregon state lottery does not allow winners to collect anonymously.

Oregon bending the rules for one person? I find this story hard to believe.
