I was the only guy in lottery post that accurately predicted Pedro Quezada Powerball winner from Dominican republic in New Jersey will end up in Jail because he waits too late to do the right things. Now he is arrested on sex with a minor really sad to go from deadbeat dad to this.

One of the Missouri Lottery's biggest contracts might not stand up in court if it was challenged by the company that runs its statewide network of ticket sales.

That means the state doesn't collect as much money as the contract allows when the company is penalized for breakdowns.
