I put $1 into the lotto kiosk, then my Keno ticket (in PA), then the computer crashed and rebooted. :)

About 60 seconds later it finally printed my ticket. Not a winner, though.

I've had many opportunities to be told...ohh the machine jammed your ticket cannot be reprinted...sorry about your luck! My state likes taking the money yet..misprints or machine torn tickets are unacceptable for claiming.

l love this part...... When the clerk checked the ticket, a claim form came out. Now if only that could implemented for the MM, PB other games. Imagine you asking the clerk to check your winning ticket, and before a crooked clerk could say sorry not a winner the machine spits out a claim form. What a precious moment

A paper-jammed Kansas Lottery ticket turned out to be lucky for a couple from Tonganoxie, Kansas.
