There are plenty of things we could learn from the last few drawings. One of them is that the Delaware Lottery's website will always show the rollover amount until a winner is announced.

Did you read the rest of what i wrote. The states of California and South Carolina reported no winners in their states while Delaware reported that it rolled. I suspect (and i'm probably right) that Delaware also checks to see if there's any winners in it, but unlike the other two states it just publishes... [ More ]

It is very coincidental, makes me wonder if someone behind the scenes is in more control than we're led onto believe. I wonder if there's a lottery for us and a lottery for the officials. When I was buying two PB tickets on Wednesday, I got two MM tickets, but kept them. Last night one of the MM tickets matched the bonus number so I beat odds of 1 in 24 by winning something. But I didn't win a thing because by breaking even getting back the $2 I spent on the ticket is not a win.

At my last job, I ran a structured and notarized Lotto pool for 2 departments. 2, 3 or 50 persons could have been in on any of the tickets amassed for a particular draw. We never had 1 billy come up in my 5 years with the co.
