			<description><![CDATA[<p>Its a terrible thing that a person has to take the fall so it takes the heat off of the lottery corporation. That the lottery does not care who was responsible, the man they put in charge is the one they&#x27;re blaming which makes sense in a way. If they have 100 hires, it will be difficult for a corporation to keep an eye on all 100. That is what they hire a manager or similar for. They put the pressure on the manager and the manager puts the pressure on the rest of the employees.
