Thankfully the article was researched well enough to state that a big chunk of the money goes to who deserves it---the players.<br /><br />Seems like some residents there think the lottery would be a magic cure all bullet for all that ails their school systems. Have property taxes frozen is good for residents, but bad for schools. Not a good idea to stiff businesses either; many have/are moving to Nevada, Arizona and Texas which are much cheaper for them to operate... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/327585/5967136">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
