IMO I believe all state lotteries along with PB/MM, exhibit this same randomness.<br /><br />I believe the state lotteries have to pay out a certain percentage and whatever it is, state lotteries (PB and MM included) payout at that rate, if not lower.<br /><br />But what happens if they don&#x27;t? Twice.<br /><br />That&#x27;s right. The #9 has hit in 15 out of the last 18 midday drawings.<br /><br />By the way. My friend&#x27;s dad caught up a couple mortgage payments on the day 666 came up. He served a little time for it too and ultimately lost the house. Pittsburgh, population almost 1 million, is a shadow of its former self. But they are building a new steel mill today. Hmmm</p>]]></description>
