A lack of large jackpots in the Powerball and Mega Millions games account for the decline from last year.<br /><br />Bet almost every state lottery (if not all) had the same problem. Just goes to show how valuable monster jackpots are, regardless where they are won.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>In today&#x27;s meeting of the Kentucky Lottery Corporation&#x27;s board of directors, Lottery President and CEO Tom Delacenserie announced his retirement effective March 6.<br /><br />Delacenserie, who turns 72 years old this year, assumed the top job in May 2017.
