But, I can&#x27;t imagine the folks that won the jackpot, or second prize care too much about what they paid for their ticket(s).<br /><br />What I don&#x27;t get is the folks that spend $20 or MORE for a scratchoff ticket that here in Texas has a top prize of anywhere from $1 million to $5 million.
