Agreed! I hate the drop down on the right hand side. If you want to see the page under it you have to click it closed. I also hate the rotating page. Just when I see something I want to read, it switches to the next subject.

Had to google Smart Play. I thought it was for consumers, but no. It's a brand of draw machine for Powerball's use.

Powerball is custom to make changes every few years. 2015 was the last expansion I believe. To me going abroad to other develop countries to offer Powerball will be the next best step. I kinda like 2 dueling jackpots 4 times a week. More opportunity to score a million. But if Powerball wants to be the leader then more tickets must get sold to push jackpots north of 500M.

Looks like Musl wants global powerball so they can get bigger jackpots and adding other countries will do it. I would rather see one national game for America then global powerball with countries outside of America playing.-weshar75

We all know #3 will never happen in this country, though I agree with you. Periodically some states offer taxes paid on scratch tickets, but seriously, don't you still have to pay something end of the year? There are no freebies with the IRS. Just like a few years ago the IRS wante to reduce the tax liability from $1200 to $600--casino lobbyists fought that tooth and nail and won.

If they want to drum up interest and sales, there are 3 things they can do.

1) Increase the smaller prizes.

2) Decrease the matrix. Main numbers and bonus number.

3) Make the prizes tax free.

I do not usually watch either game's drawings. These changes will peak my curiousity and change my habits.

I hope to enjoy the games more. Especially Power Ball now.

It is still unclear if or when the rules regarding the jackpot changes will revert back to normal, but in the meantime, MUSL says that it is focusing on acquiring players and keeping them engaged by concentrating on the versatility, evolution, and longevity of Powerball.
