Read the print under the dollar signs on the bottom of the ticket;

100% of the profits goes toward Alzheimers care, support, education and awareness programs in Illinois. (As That Scary Chick pointed out).

All such instant tickets supporting a charity have similar wording on them in Illinois. One thing to note though is that these tickets are a wee bit 'tight'.

False not all will go due to lottery rules aka all moneys go to state treasury then a board of elected crooks decide where and how much goes to roads,public housing,medical assist, ect ect....just like the lottery funds education.
