			<description><![CDATA[<p>For one thing, very few, if any states offer that kind of prize anymore. Once in a blue moon a taxes paid scratch ticket comes along.<br /><br />Another thing to consider is the amount of revenue that a lottery can generate for said prizes. They&#x27;re too new and don&#x27;t have big enough base yet (IMHO) to offer anything to resemble what you said.<br /><br />When they first got in the lottery business I had written them a physical letter congratulating them. They took the time to respond.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Received this news from an email yesterday and smiled!<br /><br />I highly commend them for doing their homework prior to launching the lottery there. Perhaps their intellect can travel Eastward to Alabama and they get a lottery too.<br /><br />BTW yesterday on Youtube there was a segment on lottery cheats. Two guys from Mississippi glued winning numbers from scratch tickets onto one. I laughed too hard to remember what their punishment was. I think Todd had that story on LP before</p>]]></description>
