I remember years ago in Alabama there were &#x27;Vote Yes on the lottery&#x27; signs all over the place. What year was this?? Too bad it didn&#x27;t go through then.<br /><br />Am glad the Indian tribes with their casinos were mentioned.</p>]]></description>
