California's Fantasy 5 game sometimes reaches $200,000 every now and then.

Hell, the Fantasy 5 Jackpot in California almost hit seven-figures one time before the Pandemic.

That's precisely what happened. Maybe it will cause an uptick in ticket sales. Maybe it wont. That remains to be seen. Cant really tell right now because there is a win $25 instantly promotion going on.

The midday draw jackpots will be less than $100,000 while the evening drawing will see jackpots over $100,000. That tells me that the majority of players will pass on the midday draw in favor of the evening. And remember too that Fantasy5 is a pari-mutuel g... [ More ]

I stopped buying the Fantasy 5 tickets now that you are paying the same amount for a top prizes of 50% of previous amount. Same odds, just lower payouts.

Fantasy 5 wasn't selling tickets like they used to. As a result, the FL Lottery changed the game to get more players to spend more on the game. Let's see how that turns out. Remember Mega Money and Lucky Money? Games that no one cared about once the glamor was gone.

When I heard that Fantasy 5 had got a makeover yesterday afternoon, I thought it was getting the DoublePlay game similar to the Florida Lotto but with five drawn numbers instead of six, Orange DoublePlay balls instead of Pink, a second ball machine similar to Fantasy 5 instead of Lotto and Jackpot Triple Play, and a DoublePlay top prize of $20,000 (I would say $50,000 but the Midday prize may be lower than that and more than one person could win and the top prize may be less than $100,000

A jackpot lottery that now has a mid day drawing. WOW! I like. So one who tracks the numbers, can stick with a strategy and get paid quicker if the strategy is sound. Some get impatient and change things up instead of letting streaks play out. Just lower the amount played and wait it out.

The Florida Lottery updated its Fantasy 5 draw game today, which includes a new daily drawing added to the schedule.

Today, the Florida Lottery held its first midday drawing for Fantasy 5, a locally drawn game that offers a top prize that rolls down to the next lowest prize tiers if there is no top prize winner.
