Unless there was something fraudulent about the ticket like tampering with it, he could win every day. I would love to see a lottery try to impose restrictions...lol. The negative publicity would harm the state lottery.

The article makes it sound like he has won 5 separate times which would be impressive when he actually only won twice. After winning $200,000 on the first hit, I am surprised that he only won $50,000 on the second win.

Me too, Ohio got it a month after I moved to KY.

This guy created his own large jackpot by betting $4 on the same combo. Doesn't say how many combos he played to get his second win.
