I imagine that people tried to tell Mr. Shakespeare not to trust strangers with his money, but he wouldn't listen.

Proverbs 10:21 says something about that.

Having studied Ted Bundy and other serial killers, I wouldn't call Dee Dee a sociopath .

She was just a fool who got caught in the devil's money trap.

He wanted to help others and got taken advantage of. He gave away a lot of it and lent it out to people who couldn't pay it back. I read elsewhere one thing Dee Dee did was collect on some of the unpaid loans.

She convinced him she was on his side when she was really only out for herself. The greed got to her in the end. She deserves to stay behind bars for what she did and I hope she never gets out.

I believe he walked away with $12 to $13 million after the cash option and taxes. He spent a good chunk of it on a new house for himself, and then some houses for his family. He generally helped out people he was close to and those who he knew needed help, like paying off loans and mortgages.

While he did a lot of good, unfortunately a lot of people he wasn't close to took advantage of him. He couldn't read or write, except his signature, and he had no clue how to manage money. One could onl... [ More ]

The biggest tell that indicates she did in fact kill Shakespeare is the fact that she changed her story three times.

Most murderer's do the exact same thing. They see the police are closing in on them when the cops tell them their investigation revealed things that point to the suspects guilt. So their story changes.

She's a screwball, she killed him, got convicted and was sent to prison where she'll eventually die. G5

As I recall, the direct evidence used against Dee Dee Moore was compelling. In addition to Shakespeare's body being buried under a concrete slab on her property, they also produced the murder weapon. (a 38 caliber revolver she owned and used to kill Shakespeare)

I agree that the cops have a tendency to focus on a single suspect, and in most murder investigations that's usually someone close to the victim. So the police not taking a close look at other suspects could come back to haunt the ca... [ More ]

I am hoping the police also investigated all her crazy stories as to who allegedly committed the murder. I am not worried about her easily being found guilty in a new trial but remember the OJ trial. Besides the glove not fitting issue, the police failed to look into other possible suspects and focused on OJ only from.the start.

In Dee Dee's case, we have a body on her property and asking her ex husband to help dig a hole. But due process wise, not looking into other alleged... [ More ]

For her, a true Sociopath. The Judge should dismiss with prejudice so that she can never waste the courtroom's time and money.

She kind of reminds me of Lori Daybell who killed her two kids et al in Idaho and just got three life sentences.
