From what I can tell it is each state running their own version - different drawing schedules for example. However the rules and game are similar, but I think some odds or payouts might be different - I haven't looked at the details for each state. I think each state lottery just licenses the game from IGT.

I came to say the same thing - Michigan launched Cash Pop on April 14 - which would make Michigan the most recent state since before Maryland to offer Cash Pop.

According to the Cash Pop website here are all the states that offer Cash Pop: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, South Carolina, Washington, West Virginia, and Virginia. With Maine announcing they will have it but no date of when it will launch.

Lottery Post currently does not publish results for any Quick Draw style games, as most people playing a Quick Draw game will get their results right at the retailer that sold the ticket.

Michigan joined the Cash Pop club, too. But our state results aren't listed. It would probably make the results page too crowded as there are 1 draw every 15 minutes. Starting from 5am-3am

Maryland joins the Cash Pop fray

The Maryland Lottery launched Cash Pop on Monday, giving players access to the game that has seen a rise in popularity among other states over the last few years.
