From what I've researched, there are no lottery lobbyists so that antiquated pre-internet 1961 could be trimmed back a bit. Don't know enough about sports betting, but somehow that came before the SCOTUS if memory serves me. And now 38 states have it. You can bet on games played out of state, that much I know. News this week said $35 Billion will be spent on FOOTBALL ALONE this year--sports betting that is.

Yep, that's how it is for every state because it is illegal by federal law to sell lottery tickets across state lines.

If it's like other state lotteries with Online sales, they probably will require players to be inside Kansas state borders to wager regardless of where they live.

Just because you are in Kc Missouri doesn't automatically make you a resident of Kansas remember you need your identification and residency address to register no P..O.Box lol

Kansas to join growing list of states selling tickets online

Online lottery ticket sales are coming to Kansas, offering residents one more outlet to play and giving the Lottery an additional source of revenue.
