			<description><![CDATA[<p>From what I&#x27;ve researched, there are no lottery lobbyists so that antiquated pre-internet 1961 could be trimmed back a bit. Don&#x27;t know enough about sports betting, but somehow that came before the SCOTUS if memory serves me. And now 38 states have it. You can bet on games played out of state, that much I know.
