The southeastern part of the state(New Orleans and Baton Rouge), are where the most winning tickets are sold because that is the most densely populated part of the state and generates the most sales. I can see your point to an extent as it pertains to the 10x when the jackpot is 150 mil or less but to not have the 3x and 4x and 5x for matching the 1st 5 numbers is a shame IMHO.</p>]]></description>
